For our Family Home Evening activity last night, I thought it would be fun to walk around one of the parks here in Mankato. I went once last summer, but they were still doing quite a bit of work on the park, and I'd heard that they had finished, so I thought it would be fun to take Jon and see what had been done. The park has all kinds of beautiful flower gardens and it has a small petting zoo with cows, ponies, pigs, goats, llamas, ducks, chickens and peacocks. It was the perfect evening to go to the park. The weather has been wonderful since we've been back. It hasn't been too hot or humid. The park was beautiful! I loved being with my sweetheart enjoying the beauties around us. The Lord truly created all things.
