Baby Sophie
We are so happy to announce the arrival of Sophie Lyn Harper. She was born Tuesday June 15th at 4:36 pm. She weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz. and is 19 inches long. She has a head full of light brown hair. We have been so blessed with this little bundle of joy. She is so sweet and we love her so much already. Did you ever think you could love someone after only knowing them for 24 hours. Thanks for all of your love, support and prayers on our behalf, it has paid off. Sophie was released from the hospital this afternoon and we truly enjoy having her with us. Tonight will be our first night of many sleepless nights, but she is worth it. We have much to learn, but we are anxious and ready. We can't wait until you get a chance to meet her.

I'm so excited for you guys and I can't wait to hold that sweet little girl! That's assuming I can get her before Rita or Carrie. She may be three by the time I get to her after them. Oh wait, Rita will have one of her own so she'll have to give Sophie back at some point! Yay for your cute little family! You guys look so happy!

YAYYYYYYYY!!! She is BEAUTIFUL!! I am so happy to hear this great news-- made my day & a tear of gratitude slipped down my cheek when I saw the pics-- couldn't be happier for the two of you- you are in for the ride of your life! Call me when you have a spare moment (which may not be for years)... I want all the dets!

Congratulations Tara and Jon! I was so surprised upon reading my email that you guys are new parents! Little Sophie is absolutely beautiful. You will both make such excellent parents. I'm glad you have been blessed with this special baby.

YEA!!! I'm sorry that I missed your phone call, but Brent filled me in and I was screaming through camp telling all of my friends. :) I hope your adjustment is going well. We miss you and can't wait to meet little Sophie. Love you guys!
