My mom knit the sweater that Sophie is wearing. She looked so cute in it, but she didn't leave it on for too long. It was rather warm, so I don't blame her.

Thanksgiving!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our friends the Jeffreys were kind enough to host Thanksgiving dinner once again. This year we had a smaller crowd, and it was really nice. They invited us, the Judsons and the bishop and his wife. Carrie had to work the night before Thanksgiving, so we planned to eat around 2:30, so she could get some sleep before hosting all of us and Sophie and Amelia could take a nap. We had a wonderful meal. Kurt and Mandy did the turkey, gravy and sweet potatoes. I made cranberry sauce, stuffing, the drink and a pumpkin pie. Cathryn did potatoes, a salad and rolls, and Carrie baked a few pies and made a chocolate pie. I usually make at least three pies on Thanksgiving morning, so this year I almost didn't know what to do with myself when all I had to do was make one pie. I actually cheated too, I was to lazy to make the crust, so I bought a store bought crust so all I really had to do was mix the pumpkin filling. It was a very relaxing morning, and I loved it! After we ate, the kids played actually played outside. It was really warm for Minnesota, I think it was 55 degrees. While the kids were outside, the adults played some games inside.
